I dig the melty face.
I don't think it really looks all that scrotumy but I can identify with the impression.
When I was in south Texas my sac hit critical expansion. Like a bats wings glued to your thighs. Every man was in constant danger of sitting on their nuts.
I once saw an early morning jogger, shopping at a grocery store in San Antonio. He was wearing those short, super light jogging shorts. When I saw some people avoiding his isle I realized half a nut was visible.

Not to be rude...but it reminds me of our scrotum! Maybe once color is added It'll appear different to me.
