I haven't the slightest clue, sorry. I think it had 'rune' or 'runes' in the name of it tho.

I actually think I saw it before in a video game...
Maybe it's still in the folder where your operating system saves all the fonts... but well, thank you anyways

I either added an outer glow in the layer effects, or duplicated the layer, added a gaussian blur and played with the layers blending settings.

I think I duplicated the layer with the design, added a gausian blur, and changed the hue. I might have set the white design layer to screen.
