The message is so strong and I can relate on so many levels. I love how "fucking perfect" is made to look as if it was carved into the models skin. Like they've been branded almost. The B&W pulls the photo together. I couldn't picture this being in color. It wouldn't have the same intensity. The model is covering it's face and that tells me that this is for everyone to relate to, not just someone in particular. An amazing photo with an amazing message.

Great Photo! I love the idea!
It shows the pain a human is going trough by trying to be "fucking perfect". Is something a human can't be because we aren't puppets, but our society tries to tell us that we have to be.
I think the black and white effect works really well there, also the shadows are really meaningfull. I like it that you don't see the face of the person, this gives the photo a general meaning, and not just focused on one person.

The concept is very appealing to me so I can only try to recommend things that would further intensify the impression you want to make in my opinion. I like the composition, the gray scale and grainyness already.
I see pain, rage, and frustration in the way you write "Fucking perfect", good. It looks to me like you edited the letters on the picture after the shot. For added effect I would propose to actually draw the letters on your skin before making the photo. It would be very awesome if someone could do it for you with wet ink while you sit in this pose. That way some of the ink would dribble down, giving the impression of tears or bleeding - both would be very fitting to your theme. You could also experiment with wearing a different top. I would chose a top that expresses innocence (anything girly would suffice) or something from the darkness/gothic corner. The current top does not fit for me, because I associate strength and control with the check pattern. This is in contradiction with the rest of the image. I think for a concept like yours it is best to be striking.
Keep in mind that the things that I propose are details, your piece is already very good :]

I really like the atmosphere of the photo, the grain, the depth, the black and white which is really well done. The model and the typo are also really great, just one thing, the arms are cut at the bottom, what a shame. I don't mind for the chair, but I think it would have been slightly better with the arms not cut.
