yeah she is
but if you get the hang of her fighting style she can dodge almost everything
she does have a loop in Accent Core Plus so she is pretty good if used correctly

just go to training mode, and go through her entire command list
you'll see the 2 moves that let you change Paracelsus to his berserk mode

Oh and just as a suggestion, since nobody bothers to do this...but somebody needs to do artwork of Berserker A.B.A. and I think you'd fit the bill nicely...especially the scary part.

Is that the one after Paracelsus consumes the blood packets and A.B.A. gets all evil?
or do you mean when A.B.A. goes into One Hit Kill mode and you can see her look pretty creepy for a second or two

The latter is her Shoukou Bakumetsu (Evidence: Annihilation): [link]
She has two different variations, that I know of.
Since she's a homunculus, she can summon the gate (see Fullmetal Alchemist if you don't know what I mean) and suck people inside.
Or, she uses her transmutation circles (alchemy) to create eruptions.
As for Paracelsus (his real name is Flament Nagel), he uses her as a medium of sorts to access a sort of berserker rage called "Double Edged Mode", which makes it so that she takes damage even as she attacks. This happens when she feeds him a blood pack (basically he consumes blood).
Then there's "Henshitsu/Deterioration" which is even worse which does a double blood pack in which she enters "Double Edged Hell Mode" which you can probably guess means the opponent's in for something worse than pain, though the same goes for A.B.A.
