I bring you more goddamn fan art!
but this time is Haruhi Suzumiya fan art (not DBZ for once)
So I decided to draw my Max Factory PVC Haruhi figure
to see how accurate it was to the anime version of her
and it turns out it was pretty good
Done in Photoshop CS3

i know it's called the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya but melancholy means depressed........so what is she so depressed about? she doesn't seen like the type of person that is depressed much. she's more of a scemer, who drags her friends in to stuff they don't want to be draged into, but they can't say no because she'll blackmail them!!!! *HUFF HUFF* ya get it?

have you read/watched the light novels/anime? they make it pretty clear
but also a heads up, in the light novel AND the anime they have different chapter titles
so eventually it isn't called The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, but then it changes to other titles such as: The Sigh of Haruhi Suzumiya, The Boredom of Haruhi Suzumiya, The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya, etc.
they just use The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya as the main title (I'm guessing because that was the name of the first volume)

yeah i've watched the anime...i haven't read the novels yet. it really annoys me when they change the titles, cuz when that happens, i feel so lost when i read it! I would have read the Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya, but since watching the video for the Disappearance of Hatsune Miku I couldn't do it! o3o

i saw a dvd of it of the first season in too cool. it looked interesting to watch, but it was $30.00!!!! all i had was 36 cents.
what's it about anyway?

I drew the Haruhi picture by looking at my Haruhi PVC statue
the SOS brigade logo is from the actual series
but i re-vectored from scratch so that i didn't simply take it

Very good and eye-catching - I'm afraid I know nothing about Manga, and this area of fan art, so i can't make an educated comment on it! But the lines look good and clear, and the colouring seems very well done.
