Hmm I think my favorite boss was Father Gascoigne.
It took me three days to beat him alone and I was so excited and triumphant when I finally did it. It was such a great feeling!
I also really liked the Wet Nurse fight. It was a lot of fun and I felt so cool dodging all those blade attacks when the whole arena goes dark and she has clones of herself everywhere.
