Essentially it's about a little collecting a bunch of magical cards in order to prevent a certain disaster from occurring. The story differs slightly from the original version to the dub. Personally I would rather watch the original, but I did love Cardcaptors as a kid.

Cardcaptors and I have a strange aquaintanceship (and make no mistake, I watched the Americanized/Canadian release titled "Cardcaptors")
The fact is, all those changes the dubbers made to make it "appeal more to boys as well as girls" actually.... well, worked for me!
I liked Syaoran's rivalry with Sakura, even if that isn't QUITE the right description for their relationship....
Anyway, that's neither here nor there. The picture is what matters!
I think what I like best about this picture is that you captured two very important aspects to Sakura's character, her... um... well her girly-ness (that's the only way I can describe it) and her serenity in the face of an otherwise overwhelming burden.
Hmm, does that describe her well? Maybe not ALL the time...
but it certainly is what's happening here!
Maybe I'm trying too hard. Anyway all I'm trying to say is I like this picture!

Yeah I watched the "butchered" dub as a kid, then I found the actual show to be too girly and kind of weirdly fanservicey. Purists might have my head for this but I liked it better when it was just a fun adventure
