i just realized this but... most of your art is just done with dark pencil lineart right? so for the very clean ones with complicated patterns, do you ink the patterns, and if so, with what? i'm using a combination of pens, but they don't turn out quite as well as i'd like.

Mostly I dont ink the pattern (you can see in this work) cause it will make the pattern heavy.
In this work, pencil & ball point pen are combined but pen is for few parts only which you can read under every picture to know when I used it.
If you want to make the pattern pops out, try to use 0.05 or 0.1 ball point pen

I used to have you on my watchlist for my old account, but I've been so lazy here on dA for the past couple of years. Now that I am getting the hang of it again, you are on of the people from my old watchlist that I miss the most. Your work always made me happy, and I could use that these days.
The main reason for this long rant is that stupid speech bubble that pops up whenever you fav a piece... "Don't forget to comment!" Gah. Always makes me feel bad. So then I just rant.
