My inner fangirl thanks you ever so much for making her day (ten times over!). This is actually the first Howl picture I've seen on here. He's one of my favourite anime characters (love the movies to bits!). You did a stupendous job on this. I don't even mind that his outfit is different, i kind of like it that way.

Howl's Moving Castle is a great movie, and he's super cool! It's great to see him with a red theme instead of the blue most people associate with him. ^^

Oh yes, there are three books in the series! The plot differs dramatically from the movie though. But I love both. It's by Diana Wynn Jones, and the books are:
Howl's Moving Castle
Castle in the Air<--Be patient with this one; Howl, Sophie and Calcifer are in the whole thing, but in disquise.
A House of Many Ways<--Disquise again, but you're told right away so it's even funnier because you know who "Twinkle" is.
He does a lot more epic things; there's even a chapter where he gets drunk. Oh, and you get to meet his family!
I hope you enjoy! Your local library should have it!

Oh yes indeed. And there is no such thing as banned books. If I think a child is old enough to read something that is wonderful I will give it to them. No matter what other people say. Books should not be silenced just because people don't like what they say.
