I like this! Very clean and simplistic while also having a fair amount of detail. I love the blue hints of colour for your composition, in combination with the red it's quite outstanding

If you could,i want to hear about my anatomy!Generally when i don't use a photo reference appear some anatomy problems and i want to fix them!
I also think the skin looks kinda plain .
I agree with you about the DA watermark,been thinking about making my own(one that is a bit more hidden and quite more aesthetic).

Awe 
Alright so regarding the anatomy, the ear's shape should be a bit rounder. Also the lips should be wider and have some more color to it to give it more dimension. Try to make the head less long in the future and place the baret lower, the human head isnt that long. The brows should follow the browbone a bit more and probably be a little fuller (I guess this depends on the person). Dont make the eyewhite of the eye facing away to white, makes it seem flat. Also the nose needs a bit of a shade to make it's form pop cause now it doesnt have any shape. Hmmm hold in ill sent u a note where I show u the areas!

Comparing mine to the one you edited really shows how much little changes can give a big difference in the final result!
The baret looks way better when it's lower that way!
The face has more dimension with these shades and the eyes look more pretty when it's more rounded
