Hokay so this a mermaid and a diver who happen apon eachother one day
My cousins daughter wanted me to draw her a mermaid and i got carried away
The water thats reflecting on them didn't look so fluorescent before i scanned it...oh well
And yes i colored her tail the same way burdge-bug did on her mermaid. The way she did it was just so beautiful i had to try it!
