Description blah blah blah boring

Classes have started up again and my dev inbox is overflowing

Mother Goose rhymes are pretty weird, you can do a lot with the imagery. This was one attempt for my Children's Illustration class, but the result is too editorial-like so I'll have to try again.

u r a great illustrator Kumaru!

art school teachers don't know shit, they often try to discourage the up-and-coming competition!

No no no. It's not a bad thing for you. I love the illustration.

That just seems like something a teacher would say... I think it suits a child's book. But I was an odd child.

LOL hahaha I mean I agree with my professor here. It's a little too abstract for kids??

my mom and dad bought me a mother goose book when I was 3, I still have it. If I could I'd scan you the illustration they had for this nursery rhyme but I don't know if I could even fit it on the scanner. The book is pretty big.

Who is the illustrator? I have two mother goose books, the one by Blanche Fisher Wright and then another one that I like more but forget the author/illustrator D: maybe you have the same one?

My book has 9 illustrators. The editor of the book is Armand Eisen.
