Sorry I couldn't take a brighter picture. Anyway, I didn't feel like taking a picture of it uncolored. I didn't realize until AFTER I was inking in everything that the bottom of my chibi Arceus' right... body ring or whatever you call it is longer than the bottom left one. As always, the tail was one of the hardest things to draw. Coloring was easy with this guy. It was drawing the tail, the eyes & making sure they fit, & the right part of Arceus' head that looks like hair or something even though it's NOT hair. It's kinda in the shape of hair, but it's not hair.
