Description
this reads from left to right. if you can read it at all lmaomeh.
oh my GODDDDDD this is so freaking sketchy amg
this is a little one-page comic type thing that i decided to do.
it's a story i put on hold called "StitcheS" The life of Pacchi and Sutecchi and others :U
Lord. i didn't think it was going to be hard but it took about 2 days to sketch this thing.
sorry if some parts look rushed, i was trying to get all my ideas done before i forgot what i wanted to draw.
i will. uhm. fix and "ink" it in SAI. woo.
some parts got cut off //crais
What it says:
"Hey, What about this one?"
"What's wrong with it?"
"This is the fourth day in a row it hasn't eaten..."
"I think it's sick."
"Really? Should we report it?"
"Yeah, it could die--"
"No."
"Leave it alone."
"What? What if it dies?"
"So what?"
"It's its own fault."
"Just let it die.

Okay so I meant to tell you a couple small things about planning and layouts but apparently I'm not capable of making things short. XD
I had to do an 8 page comic assignment for school in 4 weeks (lol thats what the 4 pages in my gallery are from), I found it helps if you write down what they say and describe their actions and expressions, so then you can put more effort into the sketches instead of struggling to get everything down at once.
When sketching, it helps to ruler out a few panel layouts on a lined sheet of paper, like having two panels, a big open middle panel and then two or three panels under it. Experiment with different shapes (triangles, free form, gutter-less, [a gutter is the space between panels] circles, rectangles, diagonal splits, etc.) and see how everything would best fit together for dramatic effect. Also, full-page and two-page spread panels are good for signifying an extremely important moment or interaction, like the death of someone/something, a first kiss, or the meeting up of two people who only knew each other from letters or online.
ANYWAYS I love this. It reminds me of a fanfic I am reading for Homestuck but it has the twist of your characters instead (which is awesome, I really want to know more about them). If you continue this, I will read every page and do my best to give you tips on anything you want help with. Hell, I can even collab on a cover page with you, you draw and I colour or vice versa.
Good luck <3

lol it's okay, thank you so much for the help! :'D
yeah, my panel layout is. uhm. boring to say the least lol xD if i decide to do another page, i will try different panel sizes :'D and follow your advice on writing everything down, before i start sketching, so this doesn't look as bad lmao
thank youuu >u< i'm glad someone likes this ;u; i will probably post a chart of all the main "toys" so people get a little info on them x3 i think it'd be fun to do a collab! :'D

No problem~!
It's not boring, I like the placement, especially the middle row but I think using a ruler and a dark black marker to define them would have worked better. Also the view of the entire room would have worked better as a half-page spread so more details could be added. (but I understand the whole NOOO BACKGROUNDS t;A;t Lol.)
Awesome I just, I am obsessed with anything that has a story. I can hold a conversation about life with a total stranger and tell them everything that's ever happened to me and vice versa and it's just kdsjglkf I love peopleeeee.
But yes, whenever you like just note me and we will work this collab out.
