Description

This is my rendition of the art style challenge. I had put out a poll asking if any of you wanted to see me try. A few said no, and then a lot more supportive people voted too. So I only did six because of my limited time and I didn’t want to completely kill my copics. They are expensive XD I am going to go in to a little more detail about why I picked the ones I did. Now, I didn’t get the chance to record anything because my camera I would have used was dead. I think I learned my lesson and I will charge it now.

Style#1 is that of my own. I have been doing for a few pieces. Mostly of my Sailor Sunstone Scarab of the CA group. It is something that is going to continue to change over time I am sure. But I am happy with it.

Style #2 Simpsons. I had to try this because it is a wonderful show. I think its safe to say we all grew up with it. The simplicity of it is what made it complex to me and I went through many fits of erasing lines with it.

Style #3 Adventure Time. Another style that a lot of people do. However I also enjoy this show very much and couldn’t resist.

Style #4 Tim Burton. This man has been a long standing idol for me. I love his dark and eerie style. His movies are amazing.

Style #5 The Boondocks. Now, I don’t have any experience drawing this style that is clear. However I feel I kind of got it. It was another style that I was frantically erasing on.

Style #6 Disney. I know I have achieved this style in the past. But this time around, I don’t feel I got it. Its like Tessa Didn’t want to be drawn like a princess. And you know what, that is ok. I am still over all proud with it.. Will redo it at another time.

So over all I would call it a success. I really enjoyed this. And will probably be trying it again .
