Description
The Master of Freakishly Long Speeches, Technus as Masked Rider Raia. The name Raia is Latin and is used as the Genuses for Rays and Skates. This Rider like most of the others is a melee fighter. On his left arm is his Visor called the Evil Visor and it can be used as a small shield.

Technus was a teacher in Casper high and is generally respected by the student body. He became a Rider after noticing something odd after taking a picture and saw a creature that couldn't exist. This led to him coming in contact with the Raia deck and the creature was his contract monster.

His contract monster is a giant magenta ray named Evildiver. An ironic name due to Technus wanting to stop the Rider War.

The Weapons:
Swing Vent: Summons a whip fashioned after Evildiver's tail called the Evil Whip.
Copy Vent: Can create a copy of another Rider's weapon.
Advent: Summons Evil Diver to fight.
Final Vent: Raia performs his finisher called Hide Venom. Raia rides on Evildiver's back and rams into an enemy.
