Description
The corrupt law man of Amity Park, Walker is here as Masked Rider Verde. I chose the name Verde due to a bad joke that came into my mind and it just stuck. This Rider is like the others, a melee fighter, but with a couple of tricks.

Walker became a Rider after being given the Verde deck and found a use for the mirror world. What better way to get rid of criminals than to send them to a world filled with monsters? He plans to win the Rider War so that he can use the mirror world as his personal executution chamber.

His contract monster is a humanoid chameleon named Biogreeza. This creature can turn invisible and has a tongue that can extend to 600 meters.

The weapons:
Hold Vent: Summons a yo-yo weapon (yes a yo-yo) called the Bio-Winder that seems to be fashioned after Biogreeza's eye to constrict enemies.
Copy Vent: Similar to Raia's, but can also copy the appearance on his enemies.
Clear Vent: Renders Verde transparent.
Advent: Summons Biogreeza to fight.
Final Vent: Biogreeza appears and shoots out its tongue onto any horizontal construct while Verde stands on his hands. Biogreeza wraps his extended tongue around Verde's legs and swings him towards an opponent where Verde grabs the enemy and slams him head first into the ground. The attack is called Death Punish though chances are Walker would call it the Death Sentence.
