Description
Here is a new drawing for Super-Japan-Rider300 for his Phantom Force fanfiction story. This latest addition is the White Phantom Ranger who is female and has an owl motif. Super-Japan-Rider300 gave me a very generic description of the design citing that the design would be more or less the same as Sam's Blue Phantom Ranger design only with an Owl motif. I took a few liberties to make the design more unique to establish her as a new arrival I added pauldrons (shoulder pads) on that vaguely resemble owl wings and had her weapons placed on her back. The melee weapons on her back are machetes that sort of resemble feathers but it's kind of vague.

I won't reveal who the White Phantom Ranger is because Super-Japan-Rider300 hasn't made the debut chapter. He has it set up but she hasn't be revealed yet.
