This was a little thank you to my friend who took me to an anime convention in Seattle, who dressed up as Alucard.I tried something different with the shading though. I didn't want to do the "block" shading, or so I call it. So I improvised and made the shading a bit more realistic and I'm extremely please by the way it turned out.
I give credit to the people who created Hellsing. KUDOS TO THEM!!!

Loving the level of detail here, especially Alucard's menacing teeth. The nice sense of lights and darks is also really effective.

Thanks for that. It was kinda hard at first because he originally had a cross in his teeth and I didn't feel comfortable keeping that seeing I'm Christian and all.

i was at the con in seattle!! the con was sooo much fun!! it was my first one too ^^ i made some outfits...they were from skip beat...they were bright pink and two of them..one with black hair and the other with orange...if you saw them then you wouldnt forget them XD~

Really? I didn't go this year even though I live like 30 minutes south of Seattle. I went in 2010-2011. But in 2013 I plan to bring my Anderson cosplay when it's finished. I'm a firm believer that gong to cons in cosplay makes it a million times over more fun when one doesn't. Though it's fun either way. I displayed a couple times but not hardcore until this next year. :3 but in any case I'm glad you like this. i only dressed up on the first day...it was my first con and my feet ached so bad that i just wanted to wear my comfy penguin pancho and just enjoy going around. To be honest...i hate my picture getting taken so i was quite alright with not being photographed...i am really very shy ><

That's not true. You have to make your own costumes that work with and flatter your body shape. I'm kinda chubby, but I made my Alucard costume and I'm able to pull it off well. (//_~)
