Nice shading. I like how you managed to push the value even though you're only using a regular old #2 pencil.

Why thank you. But I don't use #2 Pencils at all. All of my drawings are done with mechanical pencils ranging from .3-.9mm lead.

Actually the #2 refers to the hardness/softness of the lead, not the diameter; #2 is actually 2B which is just a touch on the soft side. Most mechanical pencils come loaded with it, although in 0.3 you might have an HB lead, depending on where you bought it. Unless of course you specifically bought different hardnesses of lead, then that's a whole different story. I have a range from HB to 4B, though normally I just stick to good ol' 2B. lol, sorry to get all art geek on you; I used to work at an art store, sometimes I can't stop myself. XD
In any case, it's excellent work!

I love them too (Seras and the series)!
I don't get why some people think that Seras from the series is weak and useless. To my mind she is much more real, independent and interesting then Seras from OVA...

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the OVA version but I just think the signature series version is very under appreciated. Thought I love BOTH versions equally. I will admit the OVA has a better story but I do like the spin off the signature series gave us. hat's a good story as well.

I can't accept OVA, really. It's so much more intense emotionally - in gore and hilarity at once. I can't watch it without cringing...
I know, OVA is closer to the original manga. So I'm just greatful they created the series at all. It's a true miracle!
