Thank you *Aliasdotcom* for letting me do this. This was a lot of fun. (forgive me if I misspelled her screen name. PM me if I did)But anywho, This is a cosplay drawing of Seras Victoria in her tour outfit from Hellsing OVA III, I believe. I called her Seras Vic"tour"ia when I first saw this.
