Its about time for a new outfit! Mmm skirts make everything bigger.Why do those discolored pixels appear when you full view. It looked so nice and then I save and this happens. Damn

You know what the funny thing is...... i never practice. Everything you see in my gallery is everything ive drawn, nothing more. Dont really know why or how it improves.

Maybe you over compressed it in JPG? Usually you can go to your preferences and change it to 100%, that'd prolly fix it, but you did a nice job on this, smooth and mild, and flat out flabby everywhere, the perfect choice on skirt-wear!

And I do believe the reason why it's discolored is because of the file format. If you save it at a higher quality setting, it should look better. Contact me if ya need pointers on how to do that, I'd be glad to help! ^__^
