...I'm saying nothing but the truth, it IS a really good drawing. I wish mostly that I knew how to colour well

Coloring is pretty much what Im decent at. I usually need a reference to draw something halfway decent. I'm bad coming up with things just from my mind.
All you really need to know is pick your main colors and then lighter and darker shades of those colors. Then just draw an arrow from where the light is coming from and you can easily shade. Body parts closer to the light have more lighter colors of the main, and those far have darker colors. = )
