this is a tricky debate that your writing only exacerbates. i would say that you need a clear argument in this song...only because it'd sound more edgy.

my interpretation is that the language seems unfocused in terms of ...hmm maybe i was expecting an outright opinion or something, never expected it to be written in the 1st person which makes it more personal.

I liked the 1st person.
It put u in the mind of someone-who in that situation-may not be able to express their views and kinda challenges the idea of "we know best", that in some situations these ppl we are keeping alive might want to choose death but just can't tell us.
In some sense keeping ppl alive unneccesarily on life-support machines can kinda be cruel and in a sense might only be used so that the family on the outside don't have to suffer the grief which they know is going to come eventually

That is a tricky question
In an ideal world it should be the patient themselves-but alot of the tym, they're not in a state to do that
Its hard...maybe a set rule would work better, like you could only keep life support on for certain conditions or for a restricted amount of tym

It just kinda talks about prolonging ppl's lives (unnaturally)
N how in some cases ppl would rather be let go then kept here in pain or discomfort

my feeling about this text is that the person talking is too tired of live for any further discussion
i imagine a human, old n fragile, sitting or lying n observing the people who're caring him without saying something, letting it all happen, to tired to take care of himself n taking control of his live again
like he's watching as like in a fim to the world passing by, to watch himself passing by the rest of his days.
meanwhile he has no deathwish either, he has became a being, that's all, he is, but what is he?
nothing but something with a yet ticking heart.
n when he finally slippes off, he still is that passive observer, letting it all happen without having a voice in all decisions about him
u rlly laid something of this powerlesness in the poem, so good job!

That the character was being kept alive, kept in this world, even tho he was dying and even tho he wanted to die (against his own will) and even tho ppl didn't want him to go, he sees no point to living like this.
It kinda plays on the ideas: "should we really keep ppl alive even tho they are dying" "surely it could be thought it would be better off for them if they're not kept here."
I'll explain this line for u:

But why should I…thank, you?"-even tho he's been saved he'd rather not be.
Basically the chours talks about how the character would rathe be left to die than to be suspened in this would, it's kinda a dif view of wht most ppl would think, bcoz wen u think someone's dying, most ppl think u should try and save them, but i was just thinking wht if someone doesn't want 2 be saved-do we have the right to keep them alive?

n what to do if dementing ppl beg u to be saved even though they said in better days: if i'll become dementing and sick, don't sav e me jiust let me die...

I know its a tricky topic
Euthanasia's big here 2, n hard to decide when its right.
Of course when doctors just go and kill patients for no good reason its murder 
I personally think a set rule should apply or maybe the patient should write rules for themselves before they get ill-so that the doctors can abide to it

the point is that when they've became ill n they're questioned again by doctors, close at the point the eathanasy would have been executed...
at that point the patient can't speak for hisself n without knowing they often says when asked this:
'u said u don't want to live if u reached this state of illness, do u still want to die? - 'no'
n after they said this the patient suffers more every minute... while doctors won't execute the euthanasy coz it would be murder since the patient said he wanted to live, n the family often starts a trial against the carers of their suffering relative,, but with no outcome...
here, some of the patients, when having a clear-minded moment, commit suicide, or suffer till they just die of theur illness...
n that has to be stopped!
but one of the three parties that form our coverment is christian n want's to abort both euthanasy n abortus...
so there's a impasse right now...
