It's real name called "Fizzelepop Berrytwist" is possible will appear on Season 8. She is may became a guard on Princess Celestia or guard on Princess Twilight sparkle? I don't know, having two unicorn reformed by Twilight living with her would be a bit redundant. She would make a cool guard for Celestia, though.
