Sorry about the butt-ugly copyright thingie. Can't be too careful.Anywho, I am soooo proud of this! This is a scene taken from the beginning of my story, Dirty Paws. Basically it's about a retired show champion Doberman pinscher named Dalph who "hires" an ex-pit fighter dog (the one on the left; a shar-pei/bullmastiff mix named Murray) to bump off the canine that ended up winning the Best in Show trophy that he believed rightfully belonged to himself. There's more to the story of course, but I don't want to explain it all right here.
Like I said, I am very proud as to how this came out. Yaaay. Oh yes, expect more on the story later, and more illustrated "scenes" from it. Next time, I'll post the whole synopsis in the description. For now, I am tired. And lazy. Wah.

Thanks hon! Geez, that's a real shame. Dobies and pit bulls can be wonderful dogs, even if they are not purebred. I hate it when people discriminate against "mean-looking" dogs. Dobies ae highly intelligent and devoted, as are pit bulls, and not all pits are dog-aggressive, and they just adore their families. Meh. >_>
Heh, if I ever get it done. I'm so bloody lazy. I'll post passages every now and then with the "screencaps" from the story.

Yeah, pits are so sweet. Granted, many of them can be dog-aggressive, especially if they are not pure-bred to eliminate tempermental issues, but with training and socialization, they could be the perfect companions.

How do you mean? Purebred Dobies aren't nearly as tempermental as they used to be one hundred years ago.

I ment the ear and the tail. the real doberman had long tail and normal big ears too. but the human made this from it and now every doberman has tail and ear like this.

Oh okay, lol just checking. It's a pet peeve of mine when people think dogs like Dobies, German shepherds, Rotties, and pit bulls are always vicious and tempermental.
Well, not every Dobie has cropped ears. I think they're born with short tails, because I've neer seen a Dobie with a full tail. I've seen Rotties with full tails, though. But anyway, that's just the breed standard, for show purposes. Usually only show dogs have the modifications done when they are puppies.
