I think Padparadscha is amused by Smoky!
Although she is a Rebel, Padparadscha likes to try and fool her about certain things to mess with her morals and poke fun at her for shaking so much. Feeding her riddles where the truth is something that contradicts what she believes would probably make Padparadscha happiest. And to get away from the consequences of Smoky disliking her, I think she'd probably go "Ohh, Its just a joke.".
Rude to say, but I guess that's just how their relationship works.

Chariorite
Padparadscha would probably reallly enjoy spending time with chariorite in the gardens while she writes about the flowers and plants. Because she also enjoys other people's misfortune, I think they would like coming up with plans to trick other gems together. Of course, since they're friends, Padparadscha loves to compliment her. Though, sneaking in a few snarky things at times just to get a laugh at Char's angry responses. I think something cute and fun would be Padparadscha and Char making up plans together to trick gems, and using her siren song to help!

Although she is a rebel, Padparadscha highly admires her paintings and would love to sit and humor her for a while. I think she might also like to mess with Dragons Vein a bit because she seems a little gullible. Because of that, she lets a few things that slip out of her mouth about red rose diamond slide.

Dragon doesn’t trust Padparadscha , for many reasons.
Even though she is a loyal, Dragon likes her a little bit, she enjoys that fact that Padparadscha likes to watch her paint, and is very wary of her future vision.

Pink Sapphire would be Padparadscha's friend!
Padparadscha wad irritated at first because Pink, as a Sapphire, didn't fall for her tricks, but she enjoys another sapphire's company. They enjoy whispering about possible futures and ideas for stories together! Also, I think Padparadscha would love to plan a prank on another gem with Pink Sapphire's creature power! ^^

Padparadscha is impressed by Violet Sapphire's love of cleaning and singing voice. I can see her meeting Padparadscha and having her move books and quils away for her to clean. If they did talk more, I think they could be friends. I feel like Padparadscha would love to write down all about her unique trance-like singing and future selling prophecies.

Padparadscha doesn't know much about her, except that she seems crazy. Over reacting and being neurotic makes Padparadscha especially weary of her, so she tends to try and avoid her.

Thats fine! It's my fault for not fully reading the description for her. Without knowing she's a fusion, I dont know if Padparadscha would know of her or spend time around her since their jobs are so different.

violet would like padparadscha, and would love to spend time with her! she would prefer to be a maid for her too! she likes singing songs for padparadscha, though would sometimes get a little scared when she sings about padparadscha doing something sadistic by tricking her. she would always try to get out of them as fast as she can. but still likes to be near her afterwards.

for angelite, she would think padparadscha to be weird for not liking her that much. felt like shattering her when she found that out, but now has calmed. though you might want to keep away from her from now on, incase of reminding her.

and amber, as you saisd they would probably never meet, so.. ye

Padparadscha isn't impressed by Cream Pearl when not knowing that she's manipulative and evil. If Cream Pearl was to open up to Padparadscha, Im sure she'd be impressed. Padparadscha and her share a sadistic way of thinking. I think they could be friends even though they likely wouldnt cross paths much. Padparadscha being a historian, and Pearl being a gardener. Maybe one day your Pearl could help Padparadscha write some notes on the flora in Red Rose's Oasis.

Because your pearl is a rebel and known to speak her mind, Padparadscha dislikes her, thinking she's ungreatful. Padparadscha is impressed she hasn't been executed yet, though. She wonders what she does to get everyone off of her trail.

Padparadscha had heard about Onyx's powers and is impressed by them. Although she hasn't personally see it, she'd love to. I think Padparadscha and Onyx would only be acquaintances because of how shy and anti social onyx is and how neurotic they can be.

Padparadscha Sapphire admires and enjoys how she changes other gem's thoughts and opinions on things. She also is amazed at how tall Iolite is and that she paints. I'm sure Padparadscha would enjoy being the subject to her paintings as a model every so often.

Your bixbite is quite interesting!
Padparadscha would love to have Bixbite as a historian buddy. Someone she can write books with and with how Bixbite is, they could sneak around and steal information from other gems. I feel like they could be friends or possibly good friends down the line. ^^ Because she has huge emotions, Padparadscha is unsure whether she is impressed or not impressed by her.
