1970s Harlem: The main stomping grounds of local vigilante, Foxxy Gray. At this moment, however, it seems as if Foxxy’s stomping days have been suspended indefinitely. Due to her thwarting of a neighborhood gang’s various attempts at armed robbery, the leader had decided that a little cement footbath would help Foxxy stay put.

“You jive turkeys think this gonna stop me, but it ain’t! Hell, I like soakin’ my feet in wet cement! I even like the way it’s squishin’ b’tween my toes!”, she’d shouted defiantly with fiery rage, just after her bare feet were reluctantly sunk into the wet cement. “Oh? Well, it ain’t gonna be so squishy for long. It’s quick-dryin’, sugar!”, the gang leader informed, as her eyes beamed with elation upon the sight of the crime fighter’s peril. Before she could respond, Foxxy then heard the unmistakable sound of handcuffs being fastened around her wrists. This was going to be a long night.
