yeah cause everyone thinks her dad is a vampire but he has no bites on his neck so i doubt he is her mother was probably a human but considering Marceline was being forced to be wed to the vampire king as we have heard many times not on the show officially but in other places and was probably bit by him then once she had immortality and was already wed to him she was now titled the vampire queen she then probably killed her husband by wooden steak or sun to keep her immortality and the title of vampire queen thats my little theory
