Description
I'm back, after six months... Don't know if I will have time to look and comment the hundreds of deviations and comments I have...The picture was taken in Rubjerg Knude Fyr, in Denmark. It's an old lighthouse that was almost covered by the dunes, so they finally abandoned it, because it was too expensive to maintain [link]

Great colors and contrast creates special atmosphere. I can almost smell sand dust.
The only thing that I'd correct is the levelling. Now the lighthouse seems to be falling to the left... unless it is really falling

Thank you very much!
I agree with you. The lighthouse is not falling, for the moment, I have this problem that I never level well my pics and this time I forgot to corect it with PS

Beautiful place (and lucky man )
But their future prospects seem be in danger. It's a shame.

well, somehow I like it. It's like the victory of nature over man, something that doesn't happens often
[link] this is how it looked in 1912.
Thank you!

There is the same issue in France, about the great dune of Pyla. Many houses have been swallowed by the sand dune. But these houses were just bilt for tourism (and to make more money with visitors, of course). The builders knew the issue about sand, but they built... And now, they cry and they ask for compensation. I don't care. For it, I agree with you, it's "victory of nature over man", it's a warning.
However I think the case of lighthouse is somewhat different. It's a part of own heritage, and also, lighthouse can be all-helping.
I have seen the picture in the link and it's very impressive!
