Description
First half of 1925. The Civil War has finally come to an end. Approximate number of casualties - about 20+ million people (some nationalities reduced from hundreds up to tens of thousands, millions to hundreds of thousands etc.); Japan occupies Primor'e and Sakhalin; England turns Turkestan into a shadow puppet; Turkey annexes Armenian region; Romania with losing hope to take Transylvania annexes Odessa Uezd; Poland winning Soviet-Polish war, annexes several russian governorates and reunites with Lithuania; Livland and Estland governorates declares their independence and unites into the United Baltic Duchy (lost a lot of people, see above); Finland annexes almost whole Karelia, including city of Petrozavodsk.

Sometime during the CW, because of the atrocities that committed Allies, Reds and Whites sign a Peace Treaty. South Ural SSR, South Siberian SSR and Far Eastern SSR - are territories where White Guard resettled itself.
