I have not read of these. Based on the color and aesthetic applied here I would guess that they are for the Xenonaunts.

Alien and Human tech aesthetic blur at the end of the game, I'm not sure myself who their gonna give this to.

Xenonaut Technology tends to have a blueish tint to it(Half of the stuff has some type of blue).
Alien stuff have more often then not red and brown/tan.
I view it slightly as the Red vs Blue trope. Red is bad and Blue good.
