Shining Armor, having found himself in a predicament he has no control over, has decided to accept his new form. Despite this, he won't let a few changes get in the way of his normal life! That includes his part-time coaching career, in which he has curiously discovered that everypony he has been coaching has improved their game much more quickly than before the incident...

Ok, I'm really liking this one. I started just playing with some colors on an awesome Lyra vector I found by JennieOo and was surprised to find how much I liked Shining's color scheme on it. So I went with it and as I was trying to mess with the hat I remembered seeing a similar one on him during an episode where he was coaching. I found the vector of him in "coach mode " and decided to try his red hat here, which worked out a lot better than I expected. I was even able to add the whistle and string and complete the ensemble. It all came together a lot nicer than I thought it would - certainly leagues better than my original Twilight Ponytail -> Gleaming Shield recolor which I really just couldn't look at without feeling like the colors didn't fit. The only thing I don't like is the hooves on this version. They are acceptable, but I spend so many hours on them and really they just aren't worth it. I just don't have the skill to draw them in a way that feels natural to me. Anyway, hope you like it regardless, and thanks to all the people whose assets I was able to make use of!
