This is a really unique photo; the clothes-lines segmenting the upper half reminds me a bit of oriental fans, and the peeling paint adds a fresh, authentic texture. And of course, the color is wonderful. The orange is very striking.

I love the title made me laugh as for the picture who would of thought that a building with its paint peeling off could look so vivid and vibrant and the cloths and cloths lines at to this very nicely. Over all this is a wonderful shot showing how you can find beauty in the most unlikey of places.
