Description
This piece was done with Illustrator and Photoshop. Illustrator was used to create the outlines and Photoshop was used to create the color - all vector though. In all, there is about 500 layers to this work. A 1970 Mustang Boss is featured here.This, in total, took me 22 hours to complete (yes, I have no life). It was by far the most time consuming - classic cars take more time. I added a background to this piece since it fit its 'scene'. I will be creating another version of this without the raster background - the second version will be 100% vector paths.
(the lines may look choopy due to the resize of the image; the original size was 300dpi - 3500X2400)

Very nice work.Β One of my personal favorite cars is the Porsche Carrera GT which is one of the most beautiful cars ever built. This car also inspired me for a painting in Adobe Illustrator (2-D, using no mesh/no grid for gradients) from another interesting angle. See here: exotic-legends.deviantart.com/β¦
