A mutated and "Improved" fish who lives in the water connections over the blue cave. He is obsessed with Wetey and loves see her, especially stuffed (Even when she doesn't like him a lot...)He is actually inoffensive, but his appearance, bad habits, and his link with the bounty hunters make him extremely hated.
