Description
It started as an impromptu sketch of a random woman. Somehow, she ended up fitting the attributes of Cersei Lannister from George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series. I blame it on the fact that I've been re-reading the books.

If this was better planned, I would've used paper that was actually watercolour appropriate. I'm also out of practice. I've been spoiled by digital media, where the paint "dries" immediately. I cropped out the areas where I smeared the paint and ink.
