...indeed, each one's birthday is a "simple day" for all the others, except for those, who eventually care for us or love us, and think , that we are special for them.
So , than it is them making our own day of birth special, and only than,I believe.It is always beautiful , if we can see,or feel, that somebody is happy or enchanted, that we are existing, and that they know us,and think that we are important to them,
The birthdaychild here , seems to have such a privilege or chance...and he seems to be happy and touched, like a child,even if he is an adult -and I find it charming
Somebody thought of him, and offered him a beautiful delicious cake, and I think also, the glass of wine and the candles are very symbolic...like the bread and wine - as the communion prayer once of the Christ with his apostles...he was the light, and shared Β with them, in order to remember him , for eternity...
...and I wish, somebody would have offered me such a nice cake, hehe.. .
