The greater pains I had to endure were not from the behalf of those people IΒ΄ve served.
The greatest pains I endured were from those peoples I LOVE the most...Β
And Prometheus suffered less, because he was punished unfairly by Gods. And if a God cannot be fair... I was punished by mortals... who took example from their unfair Gods...Β
Prometheus gifted the fire, I truly gave my Love, my heart, my everything...
All humans still treasure fire.... nobody really treasures Love...Β
In another words, no God is as cruel as a human may be...

Whenever you speak I was astonishing. ( same things happnes on very few deviants also. ) when you write something, I am worrying either you or I am the person who speaks.
I must add;
My target is not judging Prometheus or his Gods. I was telling that Prometheus is not supported by the ones he served. So, yes he suffered less because his punishers are not acting fairly. What about the ordinary people? They had the opportunity of having fire...This is a most important needing I suppose....You said that you can give;Β your love, your heart, your everything; Prometheus gave most important element that he STOLE... It was not a material owned by him. He stole it not for himself, but for them. And when they punished Prometheus, the ordinary people did what?
And human are not so foolish to give soemthing to the one whom they don't love....

You will notice this in almost all my comments. I always transpose any feeling into my personal experiences. I feel this way at a more eclectic level what an artist is trying to transmit to me. If the work manage to unite its artistic soul with mine, then that artist taught me a lesson or gave me the opportunity to feel something in a strong way. Many times it happens a work to send me to new ideas and thoughts I didnΒ΄t had before.Β
Your work made me remember my old me, the me from the past, when I thought IΒ΄ll never manage to raise from the ground. Gods were merciful, people were not.
This is the destiny and the end of any, letΒ΄s call him, "Hero" of the humanity. It doesnΒ΄t matter what this Hero does for people. It doesnΒ΄t matter who this Hero is or when he did many wonderful things for people. Our legends, stories, fairy tales, myths, from all over the world have this thing in common: the good Hero generally ends very bad in an unfair way. People Prometheus served didnΒ΄t cared either. They took what was given and turned the back, no? Well, this hasnΒ΄t changed over years, nor changed over millenniums. And will never change. If you, my friend will stole from Gods, letΒ΄s say, you will stole the everlasting ambrosia (that is the source of the eternal life) and you will give it to the people, you will end just like Prometheus and you will be punished just like him and people you wanted to save they will all turn their back to you and will let you there to face your faith alone. Now, I ask you: what will hurt most: the punishment from the Gods // the fact that people turn their back to you // or all that Love you gave to people that never treasure it?Β Because Prometheus suffered so, not for what he did, nor for being alone, but he suffered because he truly loved the peoples he tried to help, he truly believed people have the same right as gods to know the fire and to have it. His love was punished, not what he has stolen.Β
And, in this life, we all are like Prometheus. I was on that mountain suffering, and you were there too, my friend, because the ones we love the most have forgotten what we did for them and have forgotten we still love them...Β
Maybe you have no idea, but your piece is very powerful, speaks about love and sacrifice, more than it speaks about Prometheus.
