Ah, Anime Matsuri... So and I were hired to do some art and comics for this convention in Houston, TX. Fun gig - I got to do art for their website, program book, badges, posters, promo-stuff, etc. And Ian and I even got to do a li'l promotional webcomic, too! :3

This was a major quickie - John, our employer, contacted me on AIM one Friday afternoon, alterting me that they were in need of a cover illustration for their program book... And that their printer was gonna' be there to pick up the art and review it in just a few hours. This made this particular part of the project lots of fun. I dunno what it is about the deadline crunch - adrenaline, I guess. But I really enjoy - in some sick, twisted way - those last-minute assignments.

On the left is the actual cover illustration, on the right is what ultimately went to print. Hope ya' dig!
