Princess Projectra from the original Legion of Superheroes.I've been reading comic books for 45 years and the classic Adventure Comics run of the Legion still makes me feel like a little kid. It was just such fun.
Princess Projectra was an illusionist who was a princess (of course) who fell in love with the only non-super of all the Legionnaires -- Karate Kid. I never felt like she got a fair shake because it always seemed to me that if she could make her enemies see the things they were most afraid of, she would actually be very badass.
So here you have it -- badass Princess Projectra.

Yeah. I think that kind of dark edge is something she always needed to make her the interesting character she should have been. As much as I loved the first Jim Shooter run on the Legion, I think this last series he did was shaping up to be something really special, and Projectra was certainly a darker character in it.

I get the Sinestro reference. I've always thought she'd make a good Sinestro Corpswoman.
