Sure! Go the the link in the description that says "made here" then if you want you can find a background on google and paste that onto a microsoft paint document. After you have made you character copy and paste it onto the paint document then add the text of the character's name. If you have any more questions feel free to ask

Most of the appearances are right, except Zoe isn't African American, I don't remember a streak of blue being in Thalia's hair, and demigods are generally known for looking more like their godly parent--Demeter is described as having black hair and brown eyes, so I assume that's how Katie Gardner would look.
Also, Selena is spelled Silena, and you are right, there is no definite description of her. In the Demigod Files, she has black hair and brown eyes; in the Last Olympian, she has brown hair and blue eyes; and in the Ultimate Guide she has blonde hair and blue eyes. She's a daughter of Aphrodite, so she's always changing her appearance, but it could also be a result of her ADHD, whereas she gets bored with her appearance and changes it.

Like Percys eyes should be darker. Silnas hair is blonde.. Other things.

and if you go online to look at the pjato wiki it says riordan changed the color of her hair a few times between brown and blonde i just went with brown
