As part of the Heroverse, After the transformless Goku goes to find Justice Avengers members to help him on his quest, he goes to Brooklyn city where he meets Roshi there and tells him that his Super Saiyan forms have been wished away by Pilaf. Wonder woman is also present in the city as she's fighting Electro and Killer Croc.

After Wonder Woman defeats Electro and Killer Croc as the Galactic S.H.I.E.L.D. comes to arrest the two, Goku goes to her.

Hey Wonder Woman! I need your help.

Oh hello Goku, weren't you supposed to train that angel boy?

I actually finished the training with him and it was a blast.

Well that's good because I need to get back to the Justice Avengers tower, what do you want?

Well I....lost my transformations.

You what? you've lost your Super Saiyan transformations? that's impossible, you can transform again if you want to.

I actually can't feel my Super Saiyan Ki at the moment, it's well...faded.

Emperor Pilaf did this? not to worry, we'll just get all those Dragon Balls around the world and we can wish them back to you.

Oh boy, my alien student now lost all his transformations after years of getting them. This does need to be sorted out.
