So here is Lucifer and his differences in Canon (in the movie, although he isn't FULLY canon) and Fanon (What he is and does in the Heroverse)

Canon

Wears sunglasses
Has a jewel he kept for thousands of years
Makes his butler use a giant needle to drain someone's blood for him
Plans to use the Jewel as a power source for a cannon to destroy the sun which would throw the world in global freezing and death
Doesn't appear to be as powerful as the other future Dragon Ball villains
Just has Ki powers
Fanon

The very first Vampire on Earth
Bites people and drinks their blood
Can turn everyone into Vampires when infecting them with his bite and the infection will be permanent after 24 hours.
Plans to block the sun with eclipses or anything and conquer the world with everyone turned into his Vampire slaves.
Is at multiversal level.
Also has Umbrakinetic and Dark Magical powers.
