Description 71+48 cm pidgeon on an old piece wardrobe, the oil paint didn't stick to the glossy surface all that well, but it makes a neat effect.
42+19 cm pelican on 3mm cardboard

ahhh more birbs :3
I never fucked about in oil paints, they're so pricey and I'd hate to invest in a medium I wouldn't like. Loving the pelican though.

As much I like doing birdish things, I'd really wish I could get myself to do something else.
I had some real luck getting my first oils cheap from an classmate around four years ago, and that's what I like most about them, they don't go old or dry out (or atleast take years an years to do so) After that I've spent around $80 on medium and colors.

Know the feel. All I've been doing besides school stuff is just muscles/anatomy and gestures in brush pen all I know is that sooner or later I'll move on. Hoping once I get my butt to playing bl presequel I'll draw other stuff. :T

Yeaaah that's lucky. All I got is yellow and white in oil color cause they were marked down, guess I'll just have to grab a red and blue and just give it a try. Don't know shit about the oil mediums/varnishes but found that wetcanvas forum to read up on.
