Description
I took this shot at Candau-ay, Dumaguete City, where the city's dumpsite is located. When I arrived at the place, this young girl collecting some scraps from the dump caught my attention so as my heart.What she's doing is not only for herself, but also helping her family to sustain their daily needs. I think she's the youngest among the scavengers who were there that time.
I hope someone will notice and do something to help this kind of scarcity.

well composed and good choice of location to capture such great scene and lighting... it shows a great length of story telling about how life is in the rurals where people depend on other's rubbish to survive... that we're lucky to live in a well-cared for lifestyle while others depended on the harsh reality of life to move on. impactful as well as powerful..
