No wonder the Council acts so high and mighty about the difference between themselves and civilians if the civilians are forced to play dumb every time they interact just to stay alive. The way people act around you miiiiight be telling more about yourself than them.

Well, no wonder you took so long. This is already what I would call a BFOI-worthy comic page (because most comics submitted there are already this tall).
Then again, I sense that this 'Play Dumb' plan isn't gonna work all the way. Something tells me that Kal has something up his sleeve to make this certain guy called Peanukkle spill some important info.

I watch a BBC comedy called Blackadder and in one episode the title character is on trial and his friend is helping him as a witness. Before the friend goes on the stand, Blackadder tells him, "Deny everything, Baldrick". Problem is Baldrick is a little dim. So when the judge asks Baldrick, "You are Baldrick, correct?", he says "No!" And the trial goes downhill from there.
