Just splendid.My scanner continues to refuse picking up half my pencil lines
Next time, I'm going to try something darker than a 2h~

Good form, though I think the head seems a little big.

You could tweak your scanner settings to lower brightness/higher contrast. The scanner will pick up all manner of gunk but the 2H will just start to show through. XD (otherwise 2B would've been your salvation)
The cognac glass has well-drawn ellipsis.

Gah, the whole point of a scanner is to avoid the gamble of using a camera. (just my opinion) ~.0
I find going up to 2B and even 4B is intuitively better because it's less friction on the paper and less strain on your hand. ^^

After using 2h forever, I'm sure 4b is going to feel like mud in my hand

You can always wean yourself off with an HB and a B.
