thanks soo much. cajun spent alot of time working on the shading. im very happy with how she put so many details in it that werent in the original. she really made it her own. i love it too

I have been doing great. My kids are driving me nuts, but that's typical for 14 & 15 year old siblings.... My little one (the 6'1" 14 year old) was goofing off yesterday by hanging off of the rim of the basketball goal of the YMCA and fell face first to the floor - 15 foot fall. I spent all afternoon and evening yesterday in the ER. The doctor said he is the most lucky kid he has ever seen. There were no broken bones in is skull or nose. 1/2 of his forehead is swollen and the nose is twice the width it's supposed to be and purple, but he is fine. I have been busy, busy, busy. To start with, I didn't want to get behind, so I did work at home to. That got old really, REALLY quick!! I finally decided that the work's just going to keep coming in no matter how hard I work. I am not going to become a workaholic, so I've been doing art more often. I actually pulled my paints back out!!! Now, I still don't get on here as much as I used too, but I try to get on 2-3 times/week. I have missed all of my DA friends as well, and yes, you too! I enjoy the conversations. So how are things going with you? ~ ~

i bet that fall scared the crap outta ya, it would me. somehow i dont think he will be doing it again though you are wise to realize that bringing home work solves nothing and i totally agree that it gonna keep piling up no matter what so its best to just do what you can do at work and just leave the rest for the next day. i have all your new pieces sitting here in thumbs and i shall eventually give them a proper look but my time has been tight these last few weeks. myself ive been pretty good but the extended family is where most of my time is going at the moment, lots going on there and i shall send you a note bout it
