appreciate, and destruction of our planet is something that I think is on many of our minds, though some, like this girl... just don't care.
And agree there are many themes - which is scarey in it's own right..

As you do so well, nothing is all black and white in your art, and you allow the viewer to see what they will. The starkness contrasts so well with this girl, and so much to move the mind to deeper places.

there is an ominous quality, though she is just standing there - smiling
(and holding an ax more in tune with heads then trees)
The crow would know, but except to the ones that would prefer it not speak to them, according to legend at least... it seems content to just sit there, silent.

She is quite fashionable, but almost doll like, without thought to what she is doing...for some reason I remember the lady in white in all that Jazz...the unconscious things we do, to ourselves and globally...another image is the queen in Alice in Wonderland..off with their heads...poor trees.

Yeah - perhaps numbed by watching the violence on tv and dvd - till it's no longer real... and games - that instead of chess - teaches the more kills the higher one's score.....................
And the lady in white in "All That Jazz", well that's a film that made an impact, rewatched it not long back, and though it may have aged - think it still holds up well.
And Alice - archetype that has became a part of the global mind.

And think part of my "problem" is that I try and explore - doing work in various styles and genres, with a lot of that being not to everyone's taste... and like to try and give a viewer something to "add" instead of being totally direct... Some like that, some don't.
But - do this as a hobby, so that frees me a bit - and those that like what I post, I appreciate - while knowing there is a multitude of images that may be more appealing...
